Skillbrokers is a recruitment company specialising in Banking and Information Technology. Established in 1998, they address the issue of search and selection of high quality professionals for financial and information technology markets globally. They utilise product specialists as recruiters, therefore knowledge and experience are core to the recruitment process. As part of EC-MSP’s mission in being proactive in our IT support, we install 24×7 Server monitoring software for our clients who have their own Server to ensure we’re the first to know of any potential issues.
The solution
A compatibility check is carried out prior to the installation of the software. Once our engineers find that there won’t be any conflicts with existing hardware or software, the installation is carried out remotely, minimising interruption. When the installation was completed and all the updates were applied, the engineer configured it so that it would report issues such as UPS failure or hard drive problems, directly to us so that we can be on top of the issue before it affects productivity.
